Monday, June 21st, 2010 - Player/Coach Welcome Reception and Check-In

 

What: The Player/Coach Reception will bring all 90 players and 24 district coaches together for dinner to honor their selection, pass out gear that players receive for being selected, take headshots for online profiles, pass out information packets that players need for the showcase, and listen to guest speakers.

 

When: 7:00pm-9:30pm in Celebrity Ballroom East

              Check-in begins at 6:00pm (Players receive gear, t-shirts, etc. at Check-in)

 

Where: Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza: 800 East 81st Avenue, Merrillville, IN 46410

 

What to wear:   Casual (khaki shorts or pants and collared shirt)
