High School, Travel, and Legion coaches in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio wanting to nominate a player for the Crossroads Baseball Series need to fill out the online nomination form below.
*Before clicking the link below to fill out the nomination form, visit the 'District Information' drop down menu above and click on your state to see a breakdown of the districts in your state to determine the district of the player that is being nominated. A player's district is determined by what county the player's high school resides in. You will need this information when you fill out the online nomination form.
